This is the power supply I used at Sunpower for this, it's $78 on Amazon. No need for the expensive one shown in the Sunpower tech bulletin. The important things are a constant current setting, and manual fine voltage adjustments. For the first 5% it's important to charge low and slow, we were told. Then you can boost them with a larger charger. https://www.amazon.com/Variable-Adjustable-Alligator-Electronic-Tinkering/dp/B07JVS3G9Z ?
