This is the power supply I used at Sunpower for this, it's $78 on Amazon.
No need for the expensive one shown in the Sunpower tech bulletin. The
important things are a constant current setting, and manual fine voltage
adjustments. For the first 5% it's important to charge low and slow, we
were told. Then you can boost them with a larger charger.
