Hi All,
Has anyone known an Outback Radian GS8048 to surge. I have a customer
that has an offgrid system and a UPS battery backup for their
communications / internet and it got fried the other day. The only
information I have is that the Optics went offline around midnight and
there was no charging or external power inputs happening at that time.
