Hi William

You cannot siphon more than 33’ at sea level, less as you go up in elevation. 

At 33’ you pull a vacuum and not water. 

So no you can’t siphon water over those heights. 

You also have another issue which is the suction in the  pipe on the downhill 
leg. It will try to flow out and as no water is filling the pipe it will create 
a suction and actually collapse the pipe. 

You’ll need a air vacuum valve at the top that will allow enough air in to 
prevent collapse. Sizing would depend on size of the pipe, but bigger is 
better. 

So your having to pump up that additional 300’
