Hi Jay, I have had an Instek PSH-3630A for at least 15 years. It's been a solid unit has dealt with a lot of 2V cell recoveries. I see that particular unit is discontinued, if I was to buy one again, I'd get the Instek PSW 80-40.5 which goes from 0-80V and 40A. Not low cost units - will set you back couple thousand.
