Hello Wrenches, I've got a customer that has an issue with their ~10 yr old SB8000US connected to a quad stack of Sunny Island system that's off-grid.
It looks like it's on and off, trying to make power but seems to think there is a problem on the AC side. Do you have any advice as to what may be going on? Anything that I can do that may not require replacement? Very tough communicating to SMA while on site and of course, this always happens on Friday night.
