According to the QO cut sheet the answer is 48VDC:

My guess is that your string voltage would be much greater than that. Not
sure your exact application, but for the slight added cost, I would
definitely suggest using a reputable NEMA3R combiner/disco with 300VDC
breakers and throwing away the ancient load center.
