Greetings Jay, How much does the house consume as a base load? I imagine if you remotely instruct your customer to open all the breakers on the standby load panel you’ll lose connectivity with Opticsre?
When you go back and look at the history over the last four months does the behavior seem consistent? Three 60 cells in series or what’s your PV configuration? Do you have intimate knowledge of the site’s electrical infrastructure or was it someone else’s job?
