That notice not to use Tigo with the MidNite Classic controller was several years ago.

Not long after that, Tigo did something to their optimizers to fix it and there has not been a problem since.

Should be good to go.

If its just rapid shutdown you need, then the Tigo rapid shutdown system seems to work with the Midnite charge controller.  You'll need the Tigo transmitter device.  We just did this and it worked fine.
