Hello Bruce, If the CSW is unable to maintain 210V L1 to L2 it will display this fault F01.
1. Measure DC voltage at the inverter terminals, ensure DC is within range. 2. With AC breaker open, check inside wiring compartment for output voltage 3. If F01 is present with AC breakers open, the damage is internal to the inverter Also, I would like to understand your comment about tech support not taking your call.
