I woke up thinking of boiler & generator manual sets morning & what you get:
The Installer's manual (that's us) that is full of what is important to us. ( this could have the schematics too) The Owner's manual that is fairly clear to 80-90% of home owners (that's mom level description) & full of suggestions as to who to call (that's us) & how things work in general. A Warranty manual. A separate Generic General Safety Manual for this type of equipment. A set of schematics specific to this model. & they are all 3 hole punched so they can be organized & presented to the client in a 3 ring binder with all the other relevant manuals for an installation.
