Friends:
We commissioned a new SI6048 3 phase system yesterday. It will create power but it won't charge from the generator. This is a generator that was working with a 3 SI4548 system. We checked rotation and volts and hertz. We checked inverter programming. All seems correct. There is no phone service so using tech support is cumbersome. Has anyone experienced this problem before?
