Back in the 1980's we used a company called Baird (www.bairdmounts.com) to engineer NPR mounts for satellite communication antennas. I have used many of their products for antennas up to 5 meters and never a failure or problem. I have not used their mounts for PV solar but I expect their quality has endured.
