Well I totally agree and always try to buy USA as well as Buy Local, but at the end of the day where are the grid tie inverters produced? Chine, India and Germany.

We a have a client that is off-grid right now but will have a grid connection in a few months. They need an inverter that will connect to a generator now and the grid later. Can the Outback G series inverter do that? How about any other inverters in the 4Kw range?
