Jeff, You're in the northern half of the U.S. The southern half isn't served by GenPro, and GenPro won't serve us. If anyone ought to be supported by Lorentz, we should - heck, we know what we're doing, and we swore we'd never sell another after 2005's run of bad pumps (which Lorentz in Germany wouldn't acknowledge until they had to). I guess my bridges with them are pretty well burned, so unless a bunch of other Wrenches agree with you I'll have a hard time with a Lorentz, even though I understand that the pumps are pretty good nowadays.
