Jay, Just between planes. If the “stick on” cannot be attached to the battery terminal(negative), then apply it to the top surface of outer cover close to the opening for the terminal.
Permatex 80050 Clear RTV Silicone Adhesive Sealant can be used to attach the temperature sensor.
