The WEEB-LUG is great for rail bonding: http://www.we-llc.com/grounding-lug.html
It is UL467, marked Outdoor Use, made of tin-plated copper. The only disadvantage is that the stainless steel clip must be sacrificed if the lug is moved - a disadvantage of all WEEB grounding products.
