Yesterday, our Kohler rep told us that Kohler has officially declared that it will not honor its warranty for any 10ERG or RES installed in an off-grid location. Historically we've sold these models into the off-grid market and Kohler has honored the warranty.
Has anyone else had such a definitive statement delivered?
