Generally the load testers can test up to 48 volt banks and the entire set is tested over the 6 hour period Trying to do it with a hand held tester probably wouldnt cut it. It takes 6 hours and a hand unit can't do it. You could try it with a clamp on meter and any variable load that sucks up 2 volts. Do you only have to test a single cell?
