I have a customer near the end of the line, and they have large voltage
problems. They have an outback system, and when the voltage drops the inverter
drops the grid and picks up the critical circuits. I saw this as a real
problem where once or twice a day the system would run on battery and solar.
So far the batteries have withstood, and the home owner loves the better
electricity. I think it will runin the batteries, but it is saving the
refrigerator, freezer, maybe some lights, the customer thinks it great.

I will look into this auto-buck-boost transformer.
