Hi Carl,
On average its around a 15% winter and 40% summer increase in KWH.
That of course depends on how good your sun window is.
These numbers are pretty well published so you should be able to find
them for your area.
Reliability is pretty good, with great customer service if there is a
problem.

2) Any real world data for comparison of increased production from the
