Hi William, If there is a fire danger, it goes beyond "any action has to be taken by the home owner." Neighbors's safety and PV professionals' reputation and livlihood are at risk. The fire is out. Now it's time to investigate calmly and quietly.

As much as we all want to get this out in the open so that maybe we can prevent the installer form burning down more houses, any action has to be taken by the home owner. I am wondering if Wind-Sun, who hosts the user site on which the posts were made, could e-mail the home owner and make a pitch for them contacting the fire marshal. If we were to investigate any further, one of you single wrenches would have to go undercover and get married at their in-home wedding chapel. I imagine single wrenches would rather have a house fire. William Miller At 07:13 PM 2/12/2009, you wrote: Hi gang. Contact me off list if any questions or concerns. We can probably find these folks' home and their system if we want to, we are very close. But they have gone to lengths to protect household privacy, so please let's not make it public here. _______________________________________________ List sponsored by Home Power magazine ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ _______________________________________________ List sponsored by Home Power magazine List Address: RE-wrenches@lists.re-wrenches.org Options & settings: http://lists.re-wrenches.org/options.cgi/re-wrenches-re-wrenches.org List-Archive: http://lists.re-wrenches.org/pipermail/re-wrenches-re-wrenches.org List rules & etiquette: www.re-wrenches.org/etiquette.htm Check out participant bios: www.members.re-wrenches.org
