Yes, this is true, Chris... Very soon now... But for the moment, I would put the Sunny Boy at the inverter and run the high voltage DC from the array to the Sunny Boy (or other suitable inverter) and then to the Islanding inverter. This could be even a bit higher voltage than the AC if it's in the 300 to 400 Volt range, AND it would be DC, which
I believe would be better than AC because of various reasons.
