So what I did was the following... Installed Bison (2.4.3 --> my previous version was 2.3), re-built sqlite3,python,boost using GCC 4.5.2 (I don't know which of these did the trick -- there I go I gave it away) Rebuilt RDKit - and voila ! *100% tests passed, 0 tests failed out of 76* * * I am happy again - thanks all for all your help.
