Forgive me for asking a question which has possibly been answered elsewhere, but what issues are you trying to resolve by going with the smaller frame?
Only reason I ask is that I've never been on too big a frame, but I've been on plenty that were too small. In my personal experience, there's been upright, and there's been *cramped*and upright.
