The shoppes in my area have both been respectful and sensitive to my needs with my Bleriot. They even ordered me up a new synergy 650b rim and built the wheel for me when I needed it. They liked the bike and said how nice they thought it was. One carbon shop even had a set of used Shimano bar ends lying around!
