I like Brooks tape. For me, it is probably going to work out to being about the same price as cork. The reason? I have unrapped and rerapped My Brooks tape about 13-15 times. Changing brake levers, handlebars, adjusting spacing, making room up top for aero bars etc. It is durable......very durable. I just rub in some Obenaufs or whatever occasionally. It is not cushy however........
