Once the poison content and addictive nature of sugar is understood what's
insane is to keep using sugar. The next step toward sanity is understanding
grains are prepubescent sugar with a multitude of anti-nutrients -- natural
defenses of the plant, intentionally selected in over the last 10,000
years, to fight off pests. Natural pesticides are even more poison for our
bodies to contend with, with little to no nutritional benefit, and even
more detriment when the nature of them to bind with vitamins and minerals
so our body can't access them is understood. Sounds to me like you are on
the road to even more sanity, Hugh. Grin.

Have a wonderful group S24O! Sounds like a fantastic time.

With abandon,
Patrick
