I don't have much to contribute on the photo front. Just this Rivendell

sort of looks like an ad. The pic of Tommy was taken while we were killing 
time before we met up w/ Mike. 

The route was somewhat new to me. Trial and error discovery of new routes 
can be fun, but there have been a couple times where that has backfired and 
I've found myself committed to riding less-than-desirable roads. It's nice 
to be shown a new route that is worth returning to. Thanks, Mike. 

Enjoyable conversation, an unexpected shower, and an excellent route made 
for some well spent time in the saddle. 

Also, we have about another month of reliably nice weather in Portland, but 
change is in the air. Today's rain was a good reminder me that it's about 
time to put the fenders back on Homer.
