Hey Tony .... I believe the confusion is the symbol they use looks a degree 
symbol, but it is obviously spoke count !! 

Lickton's in Chicago has always had the best prices on Phil hubs :) $329 
for the rear cassette, that should help !

Lickton's doesn't list the FW hub, but they do sell them anything Phil 
makes.  I use the FW hubs and they're awesome. No maintenance is price-less 
!!!
