Welcome.

I think the sizes and offerings have varied over time, but the 64 has been 
around for a while.  I also thing Riv tried to stop offering the 64, but 
that didn't last long.  I don't have an Atlantis but my 90 pbh is just fine 
on 62cm Ram & Saluki.  I've ridden a 64 and found it OK as far as reach and 
stand over went.  I don't ride real hi bars so the 62 works a little better 
for me.  Good luck with the buy, used 64 Atlantis is hard to come by; I 
know because I tried for a couple of years.
