Yes, the spot is epic for riding.  We are finally getting to enjoy the area 
as the building of the place is largely done.  I wanted to clear up that we 
are going to be gone overseas for two years and then we'd like to do a 
hookup at the place.  It seems like there is interest in the idea of a 
Colorado ride and our place was purposely located near Denver.  We like to 
say it's an hour and fifteen minutes from downtown and we can still see the 
Milky Way.  We are gone almost the whole year, but in a couple of years we 
plan to take a year off and just be in the mountains.  That being said we 
are going to be planning some tours in Thailand and if anybody wants in 
they are welcome.  We are in Chiang Mai and there is a small Riv community 
there.  We are planning trips to Laos and Cambodia in the coming year and 
if you are interested there is always room and logistical support.
