Hey, Patrick, I don't know about being near section 3. We are just below Kenosha Pass in the valley. I think it'd work out pretty well.
I have a family too and we have plenty of room. I loved your post about touring with your daughter. We tour with our family in Thailand. I'll try to post pics when I can.
