Yes, Jim Thill is a pretty adept wheel builder himself. I don't know how many wheels he's built but it's a lot. I've got two sets that he built and they just keep rolling with no troubles. Technically I built one of those four wheels under Jim's supervision but Jim kindly "tweaked" things a bit when I was done.
