I have two sets of Rich built wheels for my Sam. One is a 32 hole, LX hub, 650b Synergy rim set that I got second hand, the other is a 36 hole Phil "Rivy" freewheel hub with 650b Dyad rims that I bought new. Both of these wheelsets have been top notch. I would have absolutely no issue buying another set of Rich built wheels.
