First off it's not the charger that will or won't charge an iPhone. If you
plugged it in at speed you would be alright. Just never stop or you will
have to unplug and plug it back in once back to speed.
I've been using the e-werk with cache battery. I have the latest greatest
IOS on an iphone 5 and it worked flawlessly last week on tour. Once
again if your cache battery is not charged or not there the minute you stop
the i-phone yells hey this is an unauthorized charging system or something.

I've used this through the last three iPhones with many levels of IOS with
no issues at all. Over the last three years I had one cache battery die.

Battery packs are great unless you need to charge them. I had used or
tried to use a couple of battery packs then charge them with the ewerk.
that worked except the ones I tried could not take a charge while charging.

Anyway, all of last year we had two of them .. one on my wifes bike and one
on mine. They worked flawlessly in rain, snow, mud and sunshine.

Good luck

Kelly
