I have a Tubus Vega on my daughter's bike, and my buddy has a Tubus Cargo on his tandem. The Cr-Mo Tubus racks have a light gray primer, which almost exactly matches the aluminum-silver paint on my daughter's bike, and looks striking. The cargo is made to carry panniers lower and is, of course, stainless. Tubus builds a fine rack, and rated for 55 lbs.
