When removing the fixed cup, I like to have the bb low (i.e., wheels on the ground). In this position I can bend to reach the wrench handle, which allows me to utilize more back strength than if the bb is at waist height. Kind of like the difference between a dead lift and a bicep curl. I assume you're keeping the mobile work stand, which will allow you to put the bike in a higher position for other mechanical needs. jim m wc ca -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
