When removing the fixed cup, I like to have the bb low (i.e., wheels
on the ground). In this position I can bend to reach the wrench
handle, which allows me to utilize more back strength than if the bb
is at waist height. Kind of like the difference between a dead lift
and a bicep curl. I assume you're keeping the mobile work stand, which
will allow you to put the bike in a higher position for other
mechanical needs.
