Whichever way you choose. Brake bolt is fine (L-bracket-- you can use Sheldon Fender Nuts for easier on/off). Mount it under the fork crown with a fork crown daruma bolt. Some bicycle forks have threaded fender mount, but I don't think Rivs have that.
