I also appreciate the parallel 2TT Bombadil. I was sold on the aesthetics as soon as it was introduced, but came to appreciate it even more after having ridden it. Handles great as an unloaded MTB, yet is especially nice when loaded for camping. I can be pretty careless about load balancing etc., which is liberating. It is noticeably less whippy than my single TT camping rig, much as I love that bike too. Thankfully there is room for both in a garage with no car.
