I have been eying that 47 toyo built AHH on the Rivendell site for some
time now. I would like to get a bike set up for my SO and that frame
special would do just right. Before I set the rest of the money aside I
thought I would check with the list for used bikes. I asked her about all
of the things she would like in a new bike. Her response: "Lugs, eyelets
for fenders and racks, cantilever brakes, level top tube, smart design that
feels stable but not slugish". She had a miyata touring bike coverted to
650b by adding canti posts on an old 610 that is no longer around. She is
a smaller person, so finding a bike appropriate for her size has been a
challenge. Her standover height is maxed out at 73cm. With her input we
have narrowed it down to Bridgestone xo series in 48cm and A few riv models
- others exist of course but a bike designed around the appropriate
wheelsize for the frame is rare without going custom.
It's a longshot but Is there anyone out there who is thinking about selling
a 47cm atlantis, saluki, hilson, or 48cm xo1, xo2, or xo3?

Thanks
