Plus 1 on the Brooks Plump/Fat grips. I have them on my S1 with Dove bars, and they are the comfiest feeling thing I've had under my hands yet. I have tried the Riv-Cork and the Ergon but much prefer the Brooks. Much more expensive but if the price isn't too much a consideration …
