They're becoming more rambling and in my head they're becoming more visual, but less list-y. I see scattered topics and points to make that can be linked together in a variety of ways that make sense, but the way I put them together isn't necessarily the most efficient way. Although, I'd say, there is flow. I don't go down long lonely alleys and stew at the end, or anything. After so many talks, I'm trying to get out of a rut.
Clarification: I do intervals of some kind once a week, but not always on the bike. Often, not always. They last 6 minutes. Chasing down others: I fight the urge and limit it to guys only and those who are clearly younger. But the opportunity doesn't come up much, because I don't go on long fast rides to nowhere and back on popular routes.
