You know how this is going to turn out.  :-P  

Of course I'm going to end up doing the conversion.  It's particularly 
inevitable for me since I already have a fun drop bar cockpit ready to go. 
 The cash out parts will be tires, tubes and brake pads.  Maybe fenders.  

You also know that you and Tom are at fault for doing so many yummy 
conversions and sharing photos of them.  I can't let you guys have all the 
fun.
