Slowly building up my first nice bike, a Rivendell Heron. I think I have everything except for a rear derailleur. I'm using friction shifters and an 11-32 8 sp cassette. Something in silver, like a Shimano LX would be preferred, but as this is just a commuter / grocery-getter I'm not going to be picky.
