How much weight are you carrying, and how much pressure in the tires? Either this is hyperbole to the max, your tire pressure is far too high, or your Paselas are somehow radically different than the 32mm Paselas I've been using on my Velo Orange during the winters since 2008. (I presume these are non-TG, as are mine, since you didn't say.)
