Seizures?
I've not noticed any seizuring when riding the 'Burning Reina' (a.k.a 'clown') 
bike.

It has drawn props from a number to the under 18 crowd in the past few dampish 
night rides.

Other bicyclers go by me so fast it doesn't seem to be a problem.
