I've been using Bontrager tape for the last few "wraps" that I've done. It looks good (the brown color goes well with Brooks saddles and tan canvas), provides good padding, and is long enough to wrap the bars nice and thick. It also doesn't have permanent glue on the back, so you can unwrap and re-wrap the bars without destroying the tape.
