Joe, Here's a link to pics of my 97 Waterford 1250, acquired a few months ago used on ebay. According to Richard Schwinn's response to my inquiry about the color, this is a Waterford frame repaint in HyperCanary Yellow, a two stage color with white base then yellow then clearcoat .
