Another option. I ran a four speed QB with the double up front, and Dos Eno cog in back. Thumbshifters and front and rear Der and I finished a century with some friends. I found the clamp on chainstay cable stop on the Web, and the bottom bracket on my silver Quickbeam has cable guides. Riv sold a downtube clamp cable guide (still may...).
