I'm running a pair on my Hunqapillar with 700x50 Duremes. Followed the instructions to the letter, including their special rim tape and had no issues at all. So far, I haven't had any flats or problems but I've been traveling a lot and haven't been able to ride much.
My only observations are that since the valve is smooth and not threaded, you don't use the ring to make it snug against the rim. Also, my pump head, which just slips over the Presta valves and stays put relying on friction only, tends to slip out and makes inflating the tire a bit more of a hassle.
